Every Parcel, By Hand
There is no warehouse behind KLORILLA. No conveyor belt, no stranger folding your order between a thousand others.
There is a table, a quiet hour, and me.
Every piece is made in small batches, and every order is packed by my own hands. I do it this way on purpose. What arrives at your door is meant for a little one who is someone's whole world, and it deserves to be treated that way long before it is opened.
Before anything is folded, it is checked. The seams, the closures, the softness of the fabric against my wrist. If it isn't something I would dress my own daughter in, it doesn't leave.
Then it is wrapped in our own KLORILLA tissue, folded closed and sealed with a small promise: for the girl becoming her own kind of queen. Everything is tucked inside a camel garment bag, made to be kept and carried along on her travels long after the parcel is opened. Beside it sits a tiny note, a few words for the mother and a few for the little queen herself. On the back is a quiet reminder of how to reach me, so that if anything is ever not quite right, it can be made right. These are small details. I have learned that the small things are the ones people remember.
It takes longer this way. I wouldn't have it any other way.
When your parcel arrives, I hope you can feel it. Someone took their time, because she is worth the time.
